wall marks sewage odor
the hotel room looked somewhat neglected i noticed marks on the walls indicating wear and tear. the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor suggestive of sewage issues. i discovered leftover food in the mini fridge presumably left by a previous guest. i found this unacceptable particularly given the hotel's claimed high standards i expect better for the price.

Acceptable Location. Poor Service
slow check-in falling-apart furniture
The location of the hotel was acceptable.
The service was not good. The check-in process was slow. I requested extra linens for the sofa bed. They never arrived, despite multiple calls. The furniture seemed old. Some pieces were falling apart!

adequate stay with some issues
uncleaned shower food rubbish
the room was spacious, and i liked that.
the shower wasnt cleaned properly and i found hair there. also, some guests left food outside their doors. it remained uncollected the next morning, and i thought this wasnt very nice.

fountain view fun casino
the terrace studio fountain view was wonderful. the fountain view was great to watch from the balcony and the room was nice. i enjoyed the casino it was fun.

mixed feelings about this stay
worn furniture cheap casino smell
the hotel location is indeed very convenient. it's hard to argue with that.
the room felt old. furniture looks worn, and the lobby smelled like a cheap casino, not at all what i expect. i asked for extra linens and pillows when i checked in, then i called guest services three times and also went to the front desk. it's now one in the morning and they keep saying it's on the way.

separate fridge comfortable studio many restaurants
the room had a separate fridge for storing my own drinks and snacks the terrace studio was comfortable i found the location convenient to many restaurants and food options there were several steakhouses onsite
my room had a low floor so i could not see much of the sphere
